Several years ago, my husband and I were reminiscing about our childhoods~ hunting for pretty rocks in our home towns. Remembering the wonderful feeling of finding a small agate, piece of calcite or quartz point among the rubble led us to explore our area for different rocks and mineral specimens. We discovered it wasn't as easy as we remembered! We visited a gem/mineral show and saw that many of the exhibitors had spectacular displays of quartz crystals from Mt. Ida, Arkansas. We were hooked! A few weeks later, we gathered our tools and headed for Arkansas. We now visit regularly and come home with hundreds of beautiful crystals. I later began to meditate, study alternative medicine, and bodywork. I learned that there were many metaphysical uses for quartz. With this new-found knowledge, I decided to work with my crystals and share them with my friends through my website.
About the Quartz Crystals I Offer
All of the quartz crystals found in my estore were collected in Arkansas by me, my husband and my children. I have literally hundreds of crystals in my home and in storage. Over the years we have accumulated so many crystals that I feel guilty when I even consider making another trip to the mines, so we decided it was time to share our collection with others who might not have the opportunity to own these wonderful gifts from the earth without our service.
The crystals that I offer are not always “perfect” or of the “highest quality (AAA)” that you might find on some other websites. If you are looking for a museum quality crystal for your collection or for display, those are available at other stores.
What we offer at Stone Pathway are beautiful quartz crystals that are mined by hand,
carefully cleaned and classified by their metaphysical properties.
